Jim Dryden has been working in the welding and fabrication industry for over 24 years. He is an experienced project manager and is able to take your idea and develop it into a reality.  His career highlights include:

• Six Sigma Black Belt designation in quality management using statistical process control
  
• 24 years experience including over 12 years as a welding technologist at a leading Aerospace facility.
• Source certifying Agent for Honeywell Engines, Systems and Services.
• Trained and certified welders for the Botswana Defense Forces to meet the stringent aerospace requirements of the AWS D17.1 / AMS-STD-1595 specifications.
• Ten years of teaching experience at our own facility as well as George Brown College.
  
• Experienced in setting up welding shops to meet the PRI- NADCAP requirements for the aerospace industry
• Strong background in welding exotic alloys
• Constructed custom purge chambers to weld titanium assemblies in an inert atmosphere
  
• Extensive consulting experience.
